Comment by gkeebler Continuing what togahsisoka's guide to finding these boots: There are many more zones than just wetlands to farm out these chests.
They exist for every and zone, and all chests in those zones have the possibility to drop the boots as well as every other BoE Rare in the range. These boots being directly in the middle means that they have just as likely a chance to drop. If you are going to farm these boots, these chests are easily the best way to find them. To find the locations, search wowhead for the zone name, and look under objects.
At the top there will be links for the zone you came from as well as other zones. Look for any chests in each of the and Do not get suckered into looking at chests in lvl zones like loch modan and silverpine forest etc.
They only contain green quality BoEs. They are not worth the trouble. Go any higher than and you are out of the level range, though if that is what you want, you might find something useful.
