Phone your bank and ask them if they can advise you want to do if you loose the Railcard issued with your account.
You are going to have to speak to a human I think. Rail cards can only be taken into consideration before a reservation is made and not afterwards. If you would like to use your loyalty card as an E-ticket, it has to be added at the time of booking. The same applies for discount cards. The rail operators unfortunately cannot amend the price of your ticket if you have forgotten to add your card.
