Now I find they are still sending my statements to my old address! I tried to call them and they asked me security questions, all of which I answered correctly, however I could not remember the last time I took moeny out or how much it was for so they would not deal with me over the 'phone!
I am getting very angry with this. I want MY post to come to ME, is this too much to ask? I think Santander are totally incompetant and run by a load of retards in suits who think they know everything. The only change I want to see is my account to another bank and these morons to collapse into oblivion. Just get yourself overdrawn, they will be hammering your new door down in seconds!
Off Topic: Get a redirect put on your old mail with Royal Mail, then you'll at least get all of your post! There's probably someone you've forgotten to tell! It doesn't cost much, and it's worthwhile. My sister opened an account with Santander but didn't use it, so there is a nil balance. She died a year ago and they still send statements showing the nil balance even though I have written to them telling them that she is deceased.
