Extremely poor communicators. For weeks I've been trying to get information about a property I'm interested in. When I've asked for a return call I never got them. I then get cold called but never get an answer on the number they leave. When I eventually lost patience and left a message telling them not to make contact with me again it was ignored. I have found Foxtons to be efficient… I have found Foxtons to be efficient and effective throughout the sale of my property. Outstanding service Just ask for Nasim at the Stoke Newington office; Nasim was outstanding in the help and advise she gave me and my partner. Property sale The two West London Foxton staff, Saijal and Ed who handled the sale of my house in Cranford, provided an efficient service in advertising and viewing the property and liaising with the buyer's solicitors, so I have no complaints.

There was a program nearly two years ago now about their sales tactics etc which was mostly hot air. I think it is better that the agents are on commission for selling property - many aren't and it shows in their apathy.
